Emily joined HESL in 2022 as a recent graduate with a Master of Science degree in Earth Sciences. She has research experience investigating microplastic concentrations in wastewater treatment systems, surface waters, and agricultural soils. She also has experience conducting water quality and watershed analyses and has shared her research findings at several conferences both locally and internationally.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys gardening, creating art, and exploring the outdoors.
